8. Cancellations, Refunds & Payment Disputes

Projects may be canceled before work begins.

If work has already started, CH TechOps reserves the right to retain payment for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Because our services involve custom consulting, planning, design, website development, technology configuration, and digital deliverables created specifically for each client, completed work and personalized services are generally non-refundable.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact CH TechOps first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated for services that have already been performed or digital deliverables that have been provided, CH TechOps reserves the right to submit documentation supporting the transaction, including but not limited to:

  • Approved proposals

  • Invoices

  • Consultation records

  • Email communications

  • Project timelines

  • Client approvals

  • Website development history

  • Design proofs

  • Revision history

  • File upload records

  • Delivery confirmations

  • Login or access records, when applicable

  • Payment history

These records may be provided to the payment processor or financial institution to demonstrate that services were requested, performed, approved, or delivered.

Digital Deliverables

​

Many CH TechOps services involve digital products that cannot be physically returned, including websites, QR codes, graphics, Microsoft 365 configurations, business consulting, consultations, documentation, and technology services.

Once these services or deliverables have been provided, they are considered delivered and are generally not eligible for refunds.

9. Limitation of Liability

CH TechOps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
